Message from Kingstone Insurance Company

As promised, Kingstone will continue to keep you informed of the proactive measures we have taken to ensure the health and safety of our workforce, while continuing to serve our Producers and Policyholders.


As a company, we are conducting business remotely in most departments, and it is business as usual. Social distancing is critical, and we support and encourage our employees to work remotely when possible.


Kingstone will be suspending all internal inspections effective immediately. We have spoken with our inspector partners and informed them to complete external inspections only during this time. For policies that had an interior inspection scheduled or were required to have an internal inspection, we will be conducting an exterior inspection instead. The health and safety of our workforce, policyholders, and partners are our priority.


We are committed to providing uninterrupted service. Our Consumer Portal allows you easy access to Policy Status, Make a Payment, and Policy Documents right from your home. We encourage our policyholders to utilize this online platform.
